Abitare sociale significa garantire a tutti l'accesso ad vita dignitosa, a partire dal luogo che rappresenta l'unità di misura della città: l'abitazione. La mancanza di mezzi per vivere e abitare in condizioni dignitose è fonte di quella sofferenza e dei conflitti che si materializzano nei luoghi della società in cui tutti operiamo.
